Classic Green Curry Paste
Our classic green curry paste has been made using the authentic Thai scud chillies grown at our farms. Despite of the tiny size, it is known for its spicy flavour and a beautiful floral aftertaste. The curry made with our classic green curry paste will have a lighter, fresher and spicier taste. It can also be used for stir-fries and fried rice. Suitable for chicken, beef, prawns and game meats.

Aromatic Red Curry Paste
The curry made with our aromatic red curry paste will have a richer, more complex and less spicier taste than its green counterpart. the ingredients we use to make our red curry have been carefully chosen especially for their contributing properties and qualities. From a special type of dried chilli which gives the curry a glossy red sheen, kaffir lime fruit from our farm which lends its citrus lift to balance the richness to our very own hand-roasted and grounded spice blend which provides that additional depth to compliment this very beautiful curry. Suitable for red meat, duck, scallops as well as white fish.

Wild Ginger Stir Fry Paste
Our Wild Ginger Stir Fry paste is truly unique. It has been made using the rare Thai wild ginger, which has been grown exclusively for us all year round. Thai Wild Ginger would take at least 8 months to grow and mature before it can be harvested. Our Wild Ginger Stir Fry Paste is quite versatile in the kitchen. It can be used for stir-frying, marinating & BBQ as well as dipping sauce. It is the mildest paste in our curry paste range and does not require coconut cream. Suitable for vegetarians. An all-rounder paste, great for everything!

This is our signature salad dressing. To maintain the authenticity and integrity of our signature dressing we use the tradtional cooking method. Each ingredient has been carefully prepared and cooked separately first before being put back together for further cooking and final reduction process. This time-consuming method is to ensure that we achieve the balance of taste, texture, consistency, colour and aroma. It can be used as the dressing for betel leaf starters (miang) or simply as a delicious dressing for many salads.Spiciness 4/10
Everyday Salad Dressing
Our everyday salad dressing has been made using the best ingredients. It has a well-balanced sweet-sour-salty taste. Apart from being not spicy it is also gluten free and can be used to dress any type of salad. For additional lift, add freshly squeezed lime juice and some fresh chillies to the dressing and mix well before dressing your salad.

Our saffron sweet chilli sauce is great to be used as a dipping sauce, salad dressing as well as for stir-fries.

Goat’s Milk & Vanilla Caramel
Goat’s Milk & Vanilla Caramel is one of our most popular dessert sauce. This golden-creamy-sweet-caramel delicious sauce is truly representing the importance of the best ingredients, patience and time. First we start with the best fresh goat’s milk and vanilla we can find, then we use the slow and long cooking method which by the end of the cooking process, only yields about a sixth of the original volume of the ingredients we put in. Our goat’s milk and vanilla caramel is great for toast, pancake, crepe, ice cream, pudding, tart, desserts and more.
Passionfruit & Calamansi/Kaffir Lime Curd
This is our take on the Australian classic passionfruit curd. We use the best Australian grown ingredients like fresh passionfruits, award-winning eggs to calamansi limes (or kaffir limes) from our farms to produce this amazing and delicious curd. Great for toast, pancake, scones, tart, pudding or any type of dessert that you love and enjoy!
